A modest update with a couple of units, tidying up descriptions and terrain, and progress on the single player system.

While it is only small changes, the single player engine is really coming along now. There should be more rapid progress on this in the coming updates. Also, future fixes for terrain and unit sprites will focus on what appears in the single player levels to make sure these get polished asap.

Client:
 - fixed 20+ condition descriptions that still had messy computer generated ones
 - Sprite for Ocean banner
 - tidying up of terrain tiles around steps in height. More work to do here.
 - fix for HP bar colours
 - another animated Tree Spirit sprite
 - Howling Wind spell removes fog terrain, in line with Blizzard and Gale
 - single player levels now work with combined game+text
 - enabled unit selection and selection events to/from single player text
 
Server:
 - new banner for the Ocean faction
 - Constricted is now removed immediately when the constricting unit dies, not after the next proc
 

The next Tree Spirit. It looks a bit better in motion, keeping the theme of circular clockwise rotation for the tree spirits. When it inhabits a tree the status effect has the birds perching on its branches.

The banner for the Ocean keyword (usable by Weresharks). Provides some water gen and effectively +1 AP per turn for your units in water.
